Chocolate mocha cheesecake

Directions

• 1 graham crust with cinnamon

Follow instructions on box, or use your own favorite recipe

• 1-1/2 lb cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup strong fresh espresso
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 lb melted semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 tsp vanilla

Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until blended. Add remaining ingredients and pour into crust.

Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes, let it set in oven. Chill overnight and eat the next day.

Serves one (unless someone else finds out).
