Strawberry margarita pie

• 1 graham crust

• 1 package gelatin
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/3 cup tequila

Combine gelatin, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar in a small saucepan. Place over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves, then stir in tequila. Chill out, dude.

• 2 cups fresh strawberries
• 250 g cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar

Puree strawberries. Beat cream cheese and sugar, then beat in puree.

Beat puree mixture into gelatin mixture and pour into crust. Cover and chill.

• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 tbsp tequila
• 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
• lemon and lime peel
