Sour cream pie

• pie crust
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 1-2 tbsp flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• nutmeg
• salt

We recommend Dave's dad's pie crust

Mix raisins, flour, sugar, salt and spices and add to sour cream.

Mix and add to well-beaten yolks. Fold in stiffly-beaten egg whites.

Pour into pie tin and bake.
