Penne with tuna (Penne al tonno)

Serves 4

Ingredients

Directions

  • 2 small bunches fresh basil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 clove garlic
Chop finely the basil, capers and garlic.
  • 1 can tuna
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 crushed chili peppers
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Add the tuna, lemon and chili peppers, and then add oil to make a moist mixture
  • 200g penne

Add to cooked penne
